The Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse on November 8th, 2022 at 3:01 am (PST) will illuminate the medicine of Taurus. As an earth sign, Taurus can hold space for you to root yourself, so your heart + soul can feel anchored as you continue to undergo a deep transformation.

Taurus is also connected to cultivating prosperity, examining your values, nourishing your five senses, manifesting beauty, and incorporating the theme of fertility into your life!

With the Full Moon being in Taurus, I couldn’t resist sharing a prosperity spell with you that involves TAROT MAGICK!

Timing is EVERYTHING with any magickal working! Thus, Taurus is the sign that you want to tap into when doing a spell for prosperity or a Thursday, as that day of the week is ruled by Jupiter, the planet of expansion. Weaving astrology into your spells makes them even more potent. By the way, the Wheel of Fortune card is associated with Jupiter! 

Prosperity is a mindset and isn’t about how much you have accumulated in your bank account, as that is the capitalist version of wealth. For instance, you can have a prosperous kindred circle, thus be wealthy in ways that aren’t monetary.

Delve deep and ask yourself what kind of prosperity do you want to draw into your life? What would enrich your life? What do you need more of in order to support the life that you want to live? Search within and see what rises up, as that is the type of prosperity your heart + soul is yearning for and will eventually contribute to your bank account becoming abundant as a side effect!

You can do your ritual a day before, on the day, or a day after the Full Moon, as the energy is still potent. You are welcome to use my ritual or adopt parts to help you create your personalized one. Please know that you don’t need to do a ritual for each Full Moon, only connect to the ones that you feel drawn to. Your ritual doesn’t need to be complicated. Can be simple as lighting a candle.

As with any ritual, create sacred space for yourself to connect with your Higher-SELF. Depending on your Full Moon traditions, you may want to light a candle, call in the elements, directions + guides, make a circle, ring a bell, etc. . . I personally don’t adhere to any rules or guidelines of how to create sacred space. I follow what rises up for me in my heart space, as the energy of each Full Moon is unique, and I want my ritual to reflect where I am vibrationally.

Ritual

Before you start the ritual, I want to mention that you ideally want to keep a separate deck for spells and other magickal workings because the cards get charged with your intentions. You don’t want that energy seeping into your readings, especially those that you do for others. The readings just won't feel right!

You may want to use a deck that has missing or damaged cards, especially for rituals that involve burning, burying, or altering the cards in another way. Not to worry there will be no damage done to your cards for the Taurus Full Moon ritual!

Take several deep breaths and when you feel grounded, choose one of the Pentacle Court Cards to represent your energy and then select eight other cards that you associate with the type of prosperity that you want to draw into your life. Before you go any further, I recommend doing the spread for the Taurus Full Moon first to assist you with clearing money blocks and to help build a healthy prosperity mindset.

After you are done the spread, revisit the cards that you set aside. Do you still resonate with the Court Card that you chose? Or do you want to select a different Pentacle Court Card to represent you? What about the other eight cards that you were drawn to? Your energy may have shifted, so make sure that the cards that you choose are still in alignment with you.

Next, light a candle, preferably a green one to support you with holding space and then lay the cards in a circle with the Court Card you selected in the center. You are creating your WHEEL OF FORTUNE. Take a moment to see how each of the cards fit together and tells your prosperity story. Yes, your STORY! Weave together the cards into a circle to support you in manifesting the type of wealth that you desire!

See the cards as pieces of the puzzle. In order to get to point X, your desired outcome, what steps do you need to take? What do the eight cards you chose reflect back to you about your action plan? Prosperity spells create the space you need in order to get focused and that is where the MAGICK lies! Use the aforementioned questions to delve into your inner wealth!

When you feel the prosperity within rise up, take a sacred pause to acknowledge the inner work that you have done and create a strategy to tap into your MAGICK, so that you can bask in your inner wealth when you need a boost. Allow the candle to burn down and leave the cards out until the moon starts to wane.
